Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Shrexxonuxin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Dutch law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.3 Meeting the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.4 Returning the Goods After Withdrawal

If you withdraw, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us (or a person authorized by us to receive them) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Products

To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Returned with all original packaging and materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened, as we cannot resell them.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This includes:

  • Credit/debit card refunds to the original card
  • Payment service refunds (e.g., PayPal) to the original account

5.3 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of:

  • The product purchase price
  • Standard delivery costs (if the entire order is returned)

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

5.4 Deductions

We may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods if this has resulted from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

7.2 Resolution

For damaged or defective products, we will offer:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund including return shipping costs

8. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for:

  • Collection of the incorrect item at our expense
  • Delivery of the correct product, or
  • A full refund if preferred

9. Order Cancellation

9.1 Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately, and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

9.2 After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive it and then follow the standard return process outlined above.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law and EU consumer protection regulations. You may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
